The Best Avo Toasts in Nashville

It is no secret that I am a huge avocado lover but honestly, who isn’t?! If I have earned the label of “the girl that posts about avocados all the time” I really aint mad about it 😎. I could add it to any and every meal if I could (and 99% of the time I do.) #Millenialproblems

I am always on the hunt for the perfect avocado toast and luckily Nashville now has sooo many to choose from! 🙌🏼 Here’s a list of my top avocado toasts in Nashville and where to find them…

Proper Bagel

Located in Hillsboro/Belmont area, Proper bagel might possibly be my most frequent brunch destination. Look for the “Smashed Avocado Toast” on the menu and add a fried egg to make it even better.

BOX Nashville

The newest addition to the Bongo Java family, BOX (Bongo on 10th) has a ton of healthy options to choose from and (obviously..) my favorite item on their menu is the Avocado Toast. Multigrain bread with avocado cream cheese, sliced avocado, chimichurri, coriander.

Crema

Coffee, avo toast, and a view? Crema is the spot! I love pairing this toast with an iced almond milk latte. Light crunchy toast smeared with goat cheese, smashed avocado, and topped with micro greens.

Steadfast Coffee

Located in the heart of Germantown, this is a great spot to work, catch up with friends, or indulge in their decadent avocado toast (duh.) Their menu is reinvented every season but their avo toast is never left off the list. Seasonal avo toast? Yes please.

EIO and the Hive

This spot makes my soul happy. Seriously, even the walls give you words of encouragement and gratitude. Their menu is out of this world and the name EIO literally means Everything is Organic! All healthy, all amazing, and they have kombucha cocktails. Um, yes please. Check out their menu board when ordering to see their toast of the day. Although it may be ever-changing, it will never disappoint.

Avo

Not only does this place have avocado toast… they have avocado margaritas and a whole wall dedicated to my favorite fruit! (yes, it’s a fruit.) Avo is a vegan restaurant located on Charlotte Ave. You really can’t miss it… its covered in avocados!

So, there ya have it. If you have a craving for avocado toast (which what normal person these days doesn’t?!) these are my top picks! I am sure this list will continue to grow because one, Nashville continues to amaze me with their new restaurants and two, the avo toast obsession will never fade 😉
